The guide was created by Frances Barry - a child therapist in Los Angeles. Before launching her therapy career, Frances worked with data for over 20 years, experiencing firsthand how clear, targeted messaging improves marketing outcomes. Frances has a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University (Los Angeles) and two Master's Degrees in Statistics, from Yale and Oxford (England).
